DNM 4505 4th Generation
DNM 4505 4th Generation is a VMC supplied by DN Solutions(Doosan China). This machine is a 3-axis machining center with a C-frame structure in which the milling head moves up and down along the column (Z-axis), the saddle moves back and forth on the bed (Y-axis), and the table moves from side to side on the saddle (X-axis). The table is a rectangule, and the size is 1000x450 mm. The stroke is X 800 mm Y 450 mm Z 510 mm.
The 4th-generation DNM series builds upon the strengths of previous models with improvements, offering a spacious machining range, exceptional rapid traverse performance, and productivity, delivering outstanding machining performance and enhanced reliability.
For eco-friendly operation, the spindle and each axis are equipped with grease lubrication as standard.
The bed base feature-locals additional stabilizing support points, ensuring an optimal structural design. Key sections are reinforced with thicker and wider structures to enhance bed stability.
Equipped with a high-performance direct-drive spindle, it reduces vibrations and thermal errors during high-speed machining, improving precision.
The newly designed control panel includes frequently used buttons for improved convenience, enabling faster and easier operation.
